The 7 facts about myself:

1. I too actually concur about Britney, I feel sorry for her and her children.

2. I'm addicted to the show Reba that comes on Lifetime. I think it's hilarious. I'll Tivo it and watch it when the kids are in bed, plus I love all the CSI's and Law and Order's and many more.

3. I've been thinking about going back to school for either my Master's or my PCRN certificate.

4. I've also been thinking about having another child soon...I know I'm crazy!

5. I think our neighbors are under suspicion for abuse. They run a home for disabled people. That's the gossip anyway...it's sad.

6. I miss having my cousins around because I only have one friend here in Sierra Vista that's not family :(

7. I love my job as a nurse but I also love staying home on my days off and spending time with my family.

Quick Update

So we finally got our computer fixed! Hopefully I will hook it up tonight and it will all be up and running. Brian has a job interview Monday on Post for a Security Officer with the Department of Defense, so we are hoping that goes well. Avery has his basketball party this weekend, he had a very good season. His team was undefeated. I had a parent/teacher conference on Wed. and his teacher said he's very good in math and reading. She said when other kids have a problem reading or understanding Avery reads to the, and explains it. I thought that was pretty cool. Taylore is getting into everything! She loves to explore. We have to shut every door to the rooms so she won't get into everything. When Avery is at school she crawls to his door and screams because she thinks he's in there and she wants to play. Nothing is new with me. Although a co-worker sold her treadmill to me for $100. I'm excited about that. Our gyms around here don't have daycare so I can't go to them and workout. Hope all is well with everyone. Luv ya!

Bite Me Baby!

So apparently we have a biter on our hands! Taylore's starting to bite, but it's only Brian...lol. She hasn't tried to bite me or Avery. She's bitten him a couple of times. Avery wasn't a biter so any suggestions? Of course we tell her No No...hopefully we will get her to stop and not form a habit so when she's playing with other kids were not labeled "the kid who bites." Quick update: Avery's basketball season ended today. His team was undefeated!!!!! It's funny to see the little kids play and see all their traveling and double dribbling. His team was pretty good. We made another team's coach stop coaching and she made her husband do it. It was pretty funny. So now he wants to play football so we will see how that goes. I think Taylore is going to be walking soon. She'll take a couple of steps and then sit down or reach for you and fall. It's cute. Our puppies are getting big and of course they are very playful. We love going for walks with them. Anyway, not too much is going on with us. Hope all is well with everyone!

Under Quarantine

So my family has been under quarantine for the past week. We all got that horrible flu that's going around and I had strep throat. So we haven't had much fun this week. I did get a week off of work! Easter was good for us. Of course mom and dad had to work so we went to the hotel for dinner. It was very nice. When I read Melissa's blog about asking Jake about the sacrament I went and asked Avery if he knew what we took the sacrament for. He said he didn't know, so guess what our next FHE was! Thanks Melissa for the eye opener. Avery had Spring Break this past week and we just hung around the house and he met some neighbors so now he's got friends to play with! One of these days I'll post some pics of the house for anyone who is interesting. Well, again I'm at work so I must go save lives...lol. Hopefully one of these days our computer will be up and running.

Jumping on the Blog Wagon

OK so this is a first for me. The pics are going to come soon. Right now I'm working the night shift and all my patients are sleeping! So I decided to try this Blogging thing. Nothing much has changed since my update email the other day. Brian is taking his police test tomorrow, so keep us in your prayers. If he gets this job than he will be taking college classes until he gets a degree or 64 credits and then he starts the academy for 9 weeks up in phoenix (which is 3 hrs away). So that's going to be fun trying to work and juggle two kids and two dogs and trying to finish the house. Thank goodness my parents are here and they are a huge help. Anyway, that's for now.
